Please note that upon delivery of our rental supplies, we will present this rental agreement contract for your signature, thus acknowledging your agreement to the following terms:

Setup Arrangements:

Unless otherwise arranged between delivery personnel and customer, all equipment will be delivered and setup approximately 1 hour prior to the scheduled event.

Equipment Recovery (pick-up) Arrangements:

Rental equipment recovery (pick-up) time will be arranged between delivery personnel and customer at time of delivery.

Payment - Payment is due at time of delivery.

Rental Duration: Equipment rental duration is up to 6 hours, from delivery/setup to recovery (pick-up) of equipment, unless otherwise arranged between customer and scheduling representative, or delivery personnel.

Inclement Weather Conditions: Customer may cancel rental arrangement any time prior to receiving the equipment at his or her disgression due to inclement weather; a rain-check or full refund (customer's option) will be granted. Upon customer receiving rental equipment, the renter's obligation to furnish equipment has been met. Therefore, no rain check or refund will be granted.

Operation: Adult supervision is required at all times. Please observe rules posted on the unit, and provided at time of delivery. Compatible age groups must play on equipment at the same time.

All participants must remove their shoes, as well as any potential sharp objects from their person before entering moonwalker or water slide units.

No food, beverages, candy, gum, toys, silly string, or any other items are allowed inside the moonwalk units or water slides.

Terms Of Rental: The renter will be fully responsible and in charge of operation and safety of all riders after receiving the unit.

Liability

Renter shall provide own liability insurance.

Bounce and Fun Rentals company and it's associates are not responsible or liable for any injuries occurring to customer or to any persons using rented equipment throughout the duration of the rental arrangement. Customer also agrees to hold Bounce and Fun company and it's associates free and harmless against any claims. Further, Bounce and Fun company and it's associates shall be indemnified of any and all costs incurred due to claims from anyone; including court cost and attorney fees, and other related costs involving the use of rented equipment.

Renter is responsible for the replacement value of the rented object in the event of theft, vandalism, fire or any act, which may damage or destroy the rented equipment.
